The hotel had a great location in the downtown area that was perfect for exploring the city, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or needs. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well to combat the heat.

The noise level in the hotel was a major issue, with loud music and partying lasting into the early hours of the morning. Even earplugs were not enough to block out the sound and get a good night's sleep.
